So a little about me - I’m from St. Louis born and raised. I have always done yoga off and on throughout my life, but a few years ago I started taking my practice seriously and got my 200 hour teacher training. Yoga is something that I can always come back to whether I’m going through a tough time or just needing a reset. I consider it like a cleaning for my brain. As a passionate yoga enthusiast, I infuse my teaching with the principles of mindfulness, balance, and strength that yoga embodies. While guiding others on the mat, I strive to create a space where growth, connection, and well-being can thrive.
