Our Vision

We start with ourselves in accepting ourselves where we are on our mat. This could include sound healing, movement based poses or restorative and stillness based yoga postures. Whichever modality resonates with you, in showing up for ourselves through the practice and discipline it involves, we find internal freedom. Our breath is key as it can ground us, energize us, bring us calm, and bring us clarity. We begin notice our internal narrative and find stability of our mental fluctuations through awareness of breath and self exploration. Essentially regulate our nervous systems and find space in our bodies, hearts, and minds. We are able to implement this ability of of the mat and find balance in how we live our lives. In doing so we hope to inspire those around us to do the same, through the simple awareness of it and the profound impact it has on our lives.
