Shannon is a classically trained Pilates instructor who also enjoys a contemporary influence. Your session with her will include safely moving your body though all planes of movement, increasing range of motion, flexibility, strength, and a strong focus on core. Expect to meet yourself exactly where you are today, discover strong foundations and core connection, aligning yourself with your breath. Explore new possibilities of movement!
Shannon has been teaching Pilates for 6 years. After becoming a mama- she began to focus on rebuilding her strength- she discovered Sol and traveled to Chicago to complete the training in this new modality. Sol is the creation of Regan Zubak, and is inspired by Bikram Yoga, Pilates and dance.
