Jon began dabbling in yoga in 2007 when he stumbled upon a Bikram class in Florida. Instantly drawn by the sense of calm and wellbeing it brought him, he continued to explore other styles over the next decade. Travelling through India in 2017, he decided to go all in and attend a 200HR YTT in Varkala, and his life was forever changed. Yoga's mindful moving meditation is Jon's favorite aspect of yoga. He attributes many advances in his spiritual, mental and physical state of being to the yoga practice he enjoys today.
