New Moon Meditations (Restorative & Nidra w/ Gong)

"May we live like the lotus, at home in the muddy waters"

With the New Moon comes a time of cleansing, clearing, and renewal. It is a time to set aside the old and bring in the new. It is a time for planting our seeds of intention for the next lunar cycle and harnessing the growth of the moon to aide in manifesting those seeds to bloom and flourish.

Join Erin Vehige & Tara Devpriya for a 90-minute practice honoring the moon and our connection to the moon energy. We'll begin to move gently and quietly to get into the stillness and darkness of the new moon, gradually coming into restorative postures until we end with a Yoga Nidra practice that crescendos with a full Gong Bath allowing our seeds of growth to be planted and nourished through rest and patience.

Bring a pillow and extra blankets to make yourself completely comfortable.
