Healthy pelvic floor muscles can support healthy body functions throughout the lifespan. Learn about the muscles that support the pelvic floor and how we can use and improve them through yoga practice and activities of daily living. We'll discuss anatomy and function of the pelvic floor and its supporting structures and practice a variety of activities designed to improve muscle awareness and voluntary control.
