Myofascial trigger points are like little knots within taut muscle fibers that are a major cause of chronic aches and tightness. Luckily, trigger points are highly treatable using the right techniques. 

Join Gali Lavee in this two hour workshop where you will learn the basics of what trigger points are and how to treat them on your own in order to relieve pain and improve mobility. We will use the therapy balls to skillfully massage many of the major muscle groups in the body, then we will move through a gentle yoga practice to enjoy the benefits of movement with refreshed and rejuvenated muscle tissue. Expect a deep tissue release that will both energize the body and calm the nervous system.
