Emmet has been studying and practicing meditation for many years and has put together a clear and easily understood presentation concerning the science behind mindful meditation and how anyone can establish a regular practice. One Harvard University study suggests that meditating for as little as 10 minutes a day can improve concentration, recall and awareness. Additional studies suggest mindful meditation can reduce medical symptoms and psychological distress while learning to live life more fully.
