If so, Blue Sky Yoga and Kelli White (“Dropout Yoga”) bring you “Advanced Vinyasa Flow!” This class will be geared towards individuals that currently have a regular vinyasa practice. We will strive for equanimity while pushing towards our edges of strength and flexibility. Those familiar with Sun Salutations, “Vinyasas”, basic arm balances, and comfort in inversions are highly encouraged to attend. Explanation of poses will be slightly limited as it will be expected that practitioners have some experience and we will be moving at a faster pace. Our aims will be to calmly move through the asanas with our breath, and establish a quiet mind with a deep connection to our bodies.
