Yoga Nidra, sanskrit for “yogic sleep,” is a direct antidote for the busy, restless mind that so many of us experience. Yoga Nidra is a state between wakefulness and dreaming and is found through systematic release of tension through the body, breath techniques and guided meditation.
It has been said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of restful sleep. This practice is suitable for all abilities. Come in comfortable clothing.
