Yoga Virgins is a 4-week series geared toward beginners looking to break down the foundational postures and elements of a yoga practice. We take each hour-long class and move slowly through the the fundamentals of yoga. By the end of the series, you will have the knowledge to safely and intelligently practice with modifications and props so that you feel confident in any class.
