We will be discussing each of the 7 Major Chakras and the Aura, learning the organs and body parts each Chakra is associated with, and ways unbalanced or blocked Chakras manifest in the body and in our behaviors.
Give yourself the tools to diagnose when a Chakra is out of balance or blocked. Be the mechanic of your Soul.
Once we are able to figure out how to tell if a Chakra is blocked, we will learn postures, mudras, mantras, crystals, and foods that aid in unblocking and balancing each Chakra.
After a Kriya and Meditation to balance the chakras and a Gong Bath students that pre-registered will receive a goody bag containing a small crystal, a "Chakra Snack-Pack" and a handout containing information to take home.
Cost $40. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Yoga mats are available, or you can bring your own if you prefer.
One of the greatest things about teaching yoga is making students feel good.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to gently but firmly give hands on adjustments to your students. From simple verbal cues to physically supporting your students so they have the confidence to find their edge. Some of these adjustments i’ve learned from my previous teachers and others I’ve learned intuitively. We’ll be learning how to help students get into proper alignment and safely adjusting them to get deeper into their postures.
Do you have a desire for your life that stays hidden? Looking for forward growth in your life? Ready to consciously co-create your future? The workshop will end with energy clearing through reiki and a guided meditation.

His gatherings are designed to engage the community in attendance as much as possible; to demystify and make the practice of chanting more accessible both spiritually and musically to everyone who chooses to come, especially those new to kirtan.
